My experiences in the internal management of organizations, in the coordination of institutional networks and through my many collaborations with governments, I have gain a transversal and profound understanding of public management.
I am able to successfully lead strategic and transformational initiatives from conception to execution while building the commitment and buy-in essential for long-term success.
